If your home or business was damaged by the flood, you may be eligible. We ask that you complete the Unmet Needs Assessment so we can understand your situation. A case manager will be assigned and will be reaching out to determine eligibility and assistance based on the extent of damage, home ownership verses rental, previous assistance, specific needs, and FEMA and iStat confirmation of flood damage.
Complete the Unmet Needs Assessment link. If eligible, representatives will follow up to guide you through available resources (FEMA, state/local grants, nonprofit aid).
FEMA deadline to submit damage claims was September 28, 2025. Visit Disaster Assistance call FEMA at 1-800-621-3362 to check on your claim. If you need help with your FEMA claim, you can contact CVCAA at 325-653-2411 for case manager assistance.
We strive for balance. The majority of damage impacted households, so the majority of grants will be allocated based on need: emergency aid first, then structural repairs for households, then business relief. Business can learn more at LiftFund.
Yes. We welcome volunteer support for clean-up, home repair, coordination, and outreach. If you or your organization can offer supplies, materials, or skilled labor, please contact Concho Valley Turning Point at 325.658.1389 to coordinate this effort.
Donations can be made online or by check (memo: Disaster Relief Fund). San Angelo Area Foundation is a 501(c)(3), so donations are tax deductible. Receipts will be emailed if made online, otherwise the Foundation will mail a gift acknowledgement letter.
